Composite Strap CS

CS composite strapping is a strong and flexible strapping material used for lashing, load securing, and cargo stabilization in industrial and transport applications. The strap consists of high-strength polyester fibers coated with a protective layer of polypropylene, providing excellent durability and high tensile strength.

Composite strapping is a popular alternative to steel strapping because it is safer to handle, gentle on goods, and still extremely strong. The strap has low elongation while maintaining flexible tension that adapts to load movement during transport and storage. This helps maintain consistent tension even if the load changes due to moisture, temperature, or settling.

CS composite strapping is used together with buckles and tensioners for safe and efficient application. For optimal performance, edge protectors are also recommended to distribute pressure evenly across the load and protect the packaging.

The CS series is available in several widths, lengths, and breaking strengths to suit everything from lighter goods to heavy industrial load securing.
